Brayden Canavan scored 20 points as second-ranked Dunmore earned its second win of the season over host Holy Cross with a 56-49 triumph Tuesday night in boys basketball.

The Bucks improved to 12-1 overall and remained undefeated (5-0) and in first place in Division II.

Nate Aviles scored 16 points and Carter Sload added 12 with three 3-pointers for Dunmore.

Colin Farrell knocked down three 3-pointers and finished with 19 points and CJ Thompson had 14 points to pace Holy Cross (6-7, 2-3).

Mid Valley 41, Honesdale 35: At Mid Valley, Landon Pratt scored five points in the third quarter when the Spartans took the lead on their way to a Division II win.

Pratt finished with 16 points, while Jeremy Cali added seven and Rhys Williams scored six for Mid Valley (6-7, 2-3).

Jacob Ramos scored 12 points to lead Honesdale (6-7, 2-3).

Elk Lake 58, Lackawanna Trail 52: At Elk Lake, John Heitsman scored 13 of his game-high 24 points to lift the eighth-ranked Warriors to a win in Division III that kept them unbeaten in league play.

Chase Pond added 15 points with three 3-pointers and Connor Stephens scored six points for Elk Lake (12-1, 5-0).

Hayden Bluhm scored 11 of his team-high 16 points in the first half. Logan Seigle had 11 of his 15 points in the third quarter and Jimmy Phillips had 11 points for Lackawanna Trail (8-4, 3-2).

Susquehanna 54, Carbondale Area 42: At Carbondale Area, Mason Keyes scored 13 of his 16 points in the second half to lead the 10th-ranked Sabers to a win in Division III that keeps them tied for first place with Elk Lake.

Griffin Fisk added 13 points for Susquehanna (10-2, 5-0).

Cole Becchetti scored 23 points to lead Carbondale Area (2-11, 1-4).

Blue Ridge 76, Forest City 55: At Forest City, Paxton Pingarelli scored 32 points, and Landon Bishop drilled seven 3-pointers for 21 points to lead the Raiders to a win in Division III.

Pingarelli scored eight points in the first, 10 in the second, seven in the third and finished with five in the fourth. Bishop connected on four of his seven 3-pointers in the third quarter. Travis Rutter added 10 points for Blue Ridge (5-6, 3-2).

TJ Collins scored a team-high 18 points, Jaxon Owens added 14 and Jayden Carter chipped in 12 for Forest City (0-13, 0-5).

Montrose 42, Mountain View 39: At Montrose, Evan McComb scored six of his 12 points in the fourth quarter to help the Meteors earn a win in Division III.

Jai Herman added nine points and Jude Adams scored eight for Montrose (5-8, 3-2).

Hudson Bain scored 11 points and Jordan Jagger added 10 for Mountain View (2-10, 0-5).

Valley View 60, Delaware Valley 50: At Valley View, Jagger Roe scored 14 points and Cash Roe collected 12 points and 13 rebounds to lead the fourth-ranked Cougars to a win in Division I.

Michael Muto contributed 11 points and Noah Symuleski had nine points and nine rebounds for Valley View (11-1, 3-1).

Trey Newton scored 15 points and Tyler Lombardo added 13 for No. 7 Delaware Valley (9-4, 2-3).

North Pocono 47, West Scranton 45: At Scranton, Cole West connected on a last-second shot to lift the Trojans to a win in Division I.

West finished with 17 points and Connor Ruddy had 15 for North Pocono (4-9, 1-4).

Nate Schimelfenig scored 23 points to lead West Scranton (5-8, 2-3).

Wallenpaupack 53, Scranton 33: At Wallenpaupack, JP Yeo led a balanced scoring attack and had 13 points to lead the Buckhorns to a Division I win.

Diego Adames and Landon Shanaberger each had 11 points for Wallenpaupack (4-6, 1-3).

Jayden Mayers scored 19 points for Scranton (4-8, 1-4).

At Susquehanna, Kiera Burke scored 10 of her game-high 18 points in the second half to help the Lady Sabers secure a 41-32 win over Carbondale Area in a Lackawanna League Division III win over Carbondale Area on Tuesday night.

Burke had seven points in the third quarter when Susquehanna (2-3, 3-9) extended a four-point halftime lead to eight entering the fourth quarter.

Alexis Nykaza paced Carbondale Area (0-5, 2-11) with 17 points, 12 of which came after halftime.
