Two new restaurants will debut in the Philadelphia region this winter.
What Now Philadelphia reported that Bomba ¡Tacos + Tequila! will open a Newtown location on Jan. 24 and a Malvern location on Feb. 15, according to a news release.
Menu highlights include salads, bowls, sandwiches, signature tacos such as carne asada, chicken tinga, al pastor, and carnitas, as well as birria and a rotating monthly “test kitchen” offering.
In line with its name, the concept centers on tequila, offering an extensive selection of more than 50 tequilas and mezcals, flights, specialty cocktails, a tequila-focused mocktail, and a grand opening sample of Kevin Hart’s Gran Coramino Tequila.
As part of the rebranding of Bomba ¡Tacos + Tequila!, the guest experience will include an upgraded bar experience featuring games like foosball and darts, more TVs, a daily happy hour, and weekly promotions such as “Man vs. Taco” on Sundays and Jeopardy! on Thursdays.
According to What Now Philadelphia, the brand will maintain its neighborhood vibe with wall art and an angel wing mural for photos. Distinctive design touches include firepit dining tables in Malvern and a side patio with views of the Village at Newtown mini amphitheater.
