Remembering victims of gun violence: GoggleWorks event encourages healing through nature | Reading Area

READING, Pa. – An event in Reading helped people heal through nature Thursday night.

Community members gathered at the GoggleWorks to honor their loved ones lost to gun violence.

Participants could create memory stones, plant seeds and connect with others also experiencing grief.

Organizers say the stones and plants from the event will be a part of a healing garden planned for Baer Park.
