The Erie Metropolitan Transit Authority (EMTA) is gearing up to help the Erie Humane Society in its third annual Winter Goods Drive.
They’re looking for donations in the form of pet food, treats, toys, blankets and other shelter items.
New Erie Otters scholarship aims to make hockey more accessible
These items can be donated at the EMTA administration office, located at 127 East 14th Street, from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. on weekdays.
Anyone who donates also has the chance to win a pair of Erie SeaWolves tickets to any home game in April.

EMTA’s CEO, Jeremy Lang, told reporter Bailey Mutschler why this partnership is so important.
“We never bat an eye at, you know, making sure that, you know, we’re out in the public, and how do we give back to our community?” said Lang.
