PennDOT maintenance crews will conduct road work at 15 locations across Northampton County from Monday through Friday, causing lane restrictions and potential delays for motorists.

All projects will require lane restrictions with flagging between 8 a.m. and 3 p.m., and rain may cause delays to the scheduled work.

Work begins Monday on six roads including South 25th Street in Palmer Township between Freemansburg Avenue and Berger Road, and Easton Avenue in Bethlehem Township between Santee Road and Butztown Road.

Other Monday projects include Route 946 in Upper Nazareth Township, Route 248/Lehigh Drive in both Walnutport Borough and Lehigh Township, and Second Street in Plainfield Township.

The largest project spans five days, with work on Route 248 in Walnutport Borough between Timberline Drive and the Carbon County line scheduled from Monday through Friday.

Tuesday brings additional work to Route 412 in Lower Saucon Township between Polk Valley Road and Flint Hill Road, continuing through Wednesday on Farmersville Road in Bethlehem Township and Kesslersville Road in Forks Township are also scheduled for single-day projects on Tuesday.

Mid-week work includes Morgan Hill Road in Williams Township on Wednesday and Thursday, and Route 248/Pheasant Drive in Moore Township from Wednesday through Friday.

The week’s PennDOT work concludes Thursday, with projects on Farmersville Road in Bethlehem Township, Durham Road in Williams Township, and Route 512/Moorestown Road in Bushkill Township.

The only crack sealing project is scheduled for South Main Street in Lower Mount Bethel Township between S Delaware Drive and Main Street from Wednesday through Friday.
