A portion of Route 378 in Northampton County is closed Monday morning after a construction vehicle hit a house in the area, according to authorities.
Lower Saucon Township police said about 10 a.m. that the highway is closed in both directions between North Mountain Drive in the township, and the Five Points intersection with Broadway in Bethlehem.
Drivers should plan alternate routes and avoid the area until the highway is reopened.
Photos posted on social media showed a dump truck had hit a house on Frederick Street, which is just off Route 378.
This is a developing story. Check back for updates.
