Fr. Nick Fratus, a priest with the Diocese of Erie has passed away. The Diocese shared the news on Facebook on Monday.
According to the Diocese, he was ordained a priest on May 27, 2022 and served the diocese for four years. he served the diocese at St. Gregory Thaumaturgus Parish in North East, St. George Parish in Erie, Our Lady of Peace Parish, in Erie, and St. Peter Cathedral in Erie.
He also worked in the health care ministry in DuBois.
According to the Diocese, more details will be announced in his obituary soon.
