Pennsylvania leaders preparing for upcoming winter storm

GOVERNOR JOSH SHAPIRO SAYS TEAMS AT THE PENNSYLVANIA EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT AGENCY, STATE POLICE AND PENNDOT ARE ALREADY WORKING TO PREPARE. AND LANCASTER COUNTY COMMISSIONER JOSH PARSONS SAYS THE COUNTY IS DOING CONTINGENCY PLANNING AND COUNTY EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT WILL BE READY. Josh Shapiro, Lancaster County Commissioner Josh Parsons and the Gettysburg borough manager.
