Madelyn (Maggie) Mulusky

OBITUARY

Madelyn (Maggie) Mulusky, 67, formerly of Jermyn, died Saturday, January 17 at Geisinger Medical Center in Danville. She was the widow of Francis Mulusky.

Born in Carbondale and raised in Mayfield, she was the daughter of the late Joseph Dyno and Madelyn Petorak Dyno and was a member of St. John’s Russian Orthodox Cathedral, Mayfield.

Maggie graduated from Lakeland High School where she was crowned “Miss Chief” lovingly known as “Mischief”. She would later be employed at Anemostat, Scranton, First Liberty Bank, Jermyn and Wayne Woodlands Manor, Waymart.

Madge was an avid plant propagator and gardener. She enjoyed finding and learning new recipes to cook meals for her family and to create tasty treats for her granddogs. Madge had a warm heart and smile and was truly the life of the party. We all hope she is still enjoying her classic rock music in heaven.
