Propark Mobility has expanded its footprint in Western Pennsylvania following the acquisition of Pittsburgh Valet, a well-established valet and parking services provider operating across the region.
The acquisition brings together two organizations with a shared emphasis on people-focused service and guest experience. Propark Mobility Chief Executive Officer David Schmid said the addition of Pittsburgh Valet aligns closely with Propark’s service-driven culture and long-term growth strategy.
Founded more than two decades ago, Pittsburgh Valet delivers valet services to a diverse client base that includes hotels, healthcare facilities, restaurants, residential and corporate properties, sports venues, and private events.
Rich Nerone, owner of Pittsburgh Valet, noted that joining Propark Mobility provides access to enhanced technology, systems, and operational support, while allowing the company to continue serving clients with the same local expertise and service standards that have defined its brand.
The transaction further strengthens Propark Mobility’s presence in key U.S. markets and enhances its ability to support hospitality-focused parking and mobility services throughout Western Pennsylvania. Clients in the region are expected to benefit from expanded operational resources and technology-enabled service delivery.
