PENNSYLVANIA’S MOVE OVER LAW REQUIRES DRIVERS APPROACHING AN EMERGENCY RESPONSE AREA TO SAFELY MOVE ONE LANE AWAY. IF MERGING IS NOT POSSIBLE. YOU MUST SLOW DOWN.
