REIFFTON, PA. – The Exeter boys had a chance to create even more of a cushion atop Berks Division II Tuesday when they hosted Daniel Boone. One of the Eagles standouts had a major milestone in sight. Aidan Dauble came in 8 points shy of the big 1,000 mark.

it wouldn’t take long for Dauble to get scoring. He cuts to the net and gets a good look from Jayden Ware for two.

Dauble again putting defenders on skates and driving the lane in the first. Exeter is wasting no time for Aidan.

Dauble finds Dylan Donate alone behind the arc and he doesn’t miss. Donate with 9 on the night

In the second, Dauble needs two, but he gets three instead. Aidan Dauble is met by his teammates, some fellow students from the stands, and his family.

Dauble ends with a game high 24 as Exeter wins, 63-36.

Dauble stated, “It was like really relieving because I’ve been counting down the points since the start of this year. I was injured a few games, so I was counting them down. And when I turned around and I saw everyone come with me. It was just the best moment of my high school career, and it was so much fun to celebrate my teammates. I’m a role model for them. So hopefully like one day they can just look up to me as they’re doing right now. And just know that they have a good older brother.”Â
