Puppy enjoys first ever snow day in Western Pennsylvania

In Western Pennsylvania, we may be used to snow falling — but for some this is their first experience. Josh Hutchison shared a video of his adorable Australian Shepherd puppy Sutter enjoying his day and even sticking his face in the snow in Robinson.
