Hundreds of residents throughout the Philadelphia region have been dealing with power outages on Sunday, Jan. 25 as of 4 p.m.

The winter storm is expected to move out of our region by 9 p.m. on Sunday but a major concern about ice and freezing conditions remain through the rest of the week.

What to do if you see fallen wires

If you see a wire on the ground, do not touch it.

Officials say that it is always safe to assume a downed wire is still “live” and could electrocute you.

PECO reporting 319 outages

According to PECO’s website, there have been 319 outages so far on Sunday with 30 still remaining without power as of 4 p.m.

PSE&G reporting 502 outages

Officials with PSE&G have shared that they restored power to 502 customers as of 1 p.m. on Sunday, Jan. 25.

Atlantic City Electric reporting 30 outages

As of 4 p.m., Atlantic City Electric has reported 30 customers have experienced a power outage on Sunday.

Delmarva Power reporting 800 outages

The Delmarva Power outage map is showing that 800 customers were dealing with a power outage on Sunday with just four remaining without power.
