A 15-year-old boy was shot early Monday morning in Easton.
The boy was found suffering from a gunshot wound about 1:45 a.m. in the 1100 block of Butler Street, according to a city police news release. He was taken to a nearby hospital for treatment of his injury, which he is expected to survive.
Investigators believe he was shot inside a home in the 1200 block of Butler Street. Police searched the home and found two handguns, the department said. Detectives said the shooting was not random, and the victim knows the shooter.
The victim is not cooperating with investigators, the release states.
