EASTON, Pa. — One teenager is hurt and another is facing charges after a shooting at a home in Easton early Monday morning, police say.
Officers were called around 1:45 a.m. to a home in the 1100 block of Butler Street.
There they found a 15-year-old boy with a gunshot wound, police said. He was taken to the hospital with survivable injuries.
Investigators found a second scene in a home in the 1200 block of Butler Street. That’s where they believe the shooting occurred.
Police found two handguns at that scene.
Easton police said later Monday morning that they arrested a 14-year-old boy in relation to the shooting. He is facing charges of aggravated assault, possession of a firearm by a minor and reckless endangerment.
The boy could face more charges as the investigation continues, police say.
Investigators had said the victim was not cooperating with police, and that they don’t believe it was a random act.
