If you’ve been trying to keep track of all the news about the Eagles’ offensive coordinator search, your head is probably spinning, even if you have been reading the tracker.

There has been a lot of news since the Eagles decided to move on from Kevin Patullo after just one season. The Eagles have been linked to a ton of names, have done a bunch of interviews and still haven’t hired anyone.

Plenty of the candidates they have been linked to have either withdrawn from consideration or have taken other jobs. And there could be candidates emerge we haven’t heard about yet.

But here’s a list of the known candidates we still believe are in the running:

Frank Smith: The Eagles have reportedly already interviewed Smith, who has spent the last four seasons working as the OC under Mike McDaniel in Miami. Smith, 44, is now available after the Dolphins fired McDaniel this offseason. Earlier in the process, the Eagles showed interest in McDaniel.

Jerrod Johnson: The Eagles are reportedly planning on interviewing Johnson, who has been the Texans’ quarterbacks coach for the past three seasons. The Eagles actually interviewed Johnson in 2024 before they hired Kellen Moore. At that time, Johnson was seen as an ascending star for his work with C.J. Stroud, who has since regressed.

Josh Grizzard: Grizzard’s name popped up back on Jan. 19. The 35-year-old was the Buccaneers’ offensive coordinator in 2025 after being their passing game coordinator in 2024. Grizzard was fired by Tampa after the Bucs’ season ended. Before going to Tampa, Grizzard spent seven seasons with Dolphins, including a couple under Mike McDaniel.

Jim Bob Cooter: We learned back on Jan. 17 that the Eagles had reportedly requested to interview Cooter for the job. Cooter, 41, has been the offensive coordinator under Shane Steichen in Indianapolis but he does not call plays. This would technically be a lateral move but Cooter would have more responsibilities in Philadelphia. Cooter was a consultant on the Eagles’ staff in 2021.

Matt Nagy: The Eagles reportedly interviewed Nagy back on Jan. 21. Nagy, 47, spent the past three seasons as the Chiefs’ offensive coordinator but his contract ran out and the Chiefs have already replaced him with Eric Bieniemy. Nagy was a head coach for four seasons in Chicago, leading the Bears to a 34-31 record and two playoff appearances. He also coached under Andy Reid earlier in his career in Philly.

Brian Daboll: It’s a little unclear if Daboll is or isn’t available for the job. There have been some conflicting reports on this. But Daboll did interview for the Eagles’ job back on Jan. 20 and has since interviewed for the Bills’ head coaching job. It has been reported that Daboll is going to wind up in Tennessee as the Titans’ OC if he doesn’t get the Bills’ job but other reports have indicated he’s still in play in Philly. Daboll was most recently the Giants’ head coach but has a lot of experience as an NFL OC.

As a reminder, here are the names the Eagles have been linked to but are not coming to Philadelphia: Mike McDaniel (took Chargers OC job), Charlie Weis Jr. (withdrew, staying at LSU), Zac Robinson (took Buccaneers OC job), Bobby Slowik (took Dolphins OC job), Klayton Adams (request blocked by Cowboys), Declan Doyle( withdrew, staying with Bears), Mike Kafka (took a job with Lions).
