A new dining concept that lets customers order from more than 20 different restaurants in a single transaction is coming to Promenade Saucon Valley in Lehigh County.
Wonder will open a 3,023-square-foot location next to Elite Salons & Suites by summer 2026, the shopping center in Upper Saucon Township announced Tuesday. The mealtime platform allows diners to select dishes from multiple chef-driven restaurant brands for dine-in, pickup or delivery.
The restaurant chain partners with chefs including Bobby Flay, José Andrés and Marcus Samuelsson, as well as restaurant brands such as Tejas Barbecue and Di Fara Pizza.
Unlike food halls or traditional delivery services, Wonder operates all aspects of the process, from ingredient sourcing to meal preparation and delivery, according to the announcement. The format enables multiple restaurant menus to be prepared in one location and delivered as a single order.
“Wonder will be an exciting and highly anticipated addition to our growing roster of restaurants and eateries,” Patrick Turner, general manager of Promenade Saucon Valley, said in a statement. “It offers the convenience and variety our guests have been asking for, whether they’re grabbing a quick lunch, enjoying dinner with family or ordering for the office.”
Founded by entrepreneur Marc Lore, Wonder calls its approach “Fast Fine” dining.
Wonder has nearly 125 locations, including spots near the Lehigh Valley in Quakertown and Hackettstown.
The addition comes as Promenade Saucon Valley has seen recent leasing activity. Sephora and Norman’s Hallmark are expected to open in spring 2026, while Mental Strength Ritual is slated for early 2026. Recent openings include Sunglass Hut, Barley Creek Taproom, Good Shepherd Rehabilitation, Color Me Mine, Relux, Luxe Events & Designs, The Hive and Dolly’s Dressing Room.
