CENTRE COUNTY, Pa. (WOIO) – The Pennsylvania State Police are seeking leads in the disappearance of a Cleveland teen.
18-year-old Annette Stewart was last seen leaving her family’s apartment at 1556 Ansel Rd., Cleveland, Ohio on Nov. 4, 1982.
She was on her way to West Technical High School.
Stewart was reported missing by her mother to the Cleveland Police Department, according to a release from Pennsylvania State Police.
Stewart’s body was discovered on March 18, 1982 down an embankment along I-80 in Snow Show Township, Centre County, Pennsylvania.
Her body was found approximately 50 miles northwest of Penn State University, the release said.
Pennsylvania State Police are asking anyone with information regarding her disappearance or death to contact Pennsylvania State Police Troop G Hollidaysburg Station at 814-696-6100.
