The Berks County sheriff’s office is seeking the following fugitives:
Damon Sanchez
• Damon Sanchez, 29, whose last known address was in the 600 block of Brookline Street, West Reading, is wanted on theft by unlawful taking charges.
Spring Township police said that on Sept. 1, Sanchez took jewelry from a dresser without permission while hired to clean the victim’s home. The jewelry was valued at more than $20,000. Sanchez immediately took it to a pawn shop to cash in. Sanchez was seen on surveillance video at the pawn shop with the stolen jewelry. Charges were filed Jan. 12.
He is described as 5 feet 9 inches and 240 pounds.
Eric Riggio
• Eric Riggio, 18, whose last known address was in Philadelphia, is wanted on forgery charges.
Kutztown police said that on Dec. 17 Riggio was seen on surveillance video purchasing a gift card with a counterfeit $100 bill at a Dollar Tree store. Charges were filed Jan. 27.
He is described as 5 feet 8 inches and 170 pounds.
