Washington County officials have issued a shelter-in-place notice for the Langeloth neighborhood after a reported explosion at a metal fabricating plant Thursday night, emergency dispatchers said.A hazardous materials team has been called to the Langeloth Metallurgical Company facility on Langeloth Road in Smith Township.
