Scranton police arrested a fugitive on Jan. 20, after he fled from law enforcement officers in November.

As officers attempted to apprehend him earlier this month, Joshua Kells Feliciano, 36, unsuccessfully attempted to evade them by leaping over a parked car, police said.

Feliciano became a fugitive in November  when investigators conducted a search warrant at his residence where drugs and firearms were seized.

The operation involved the Scranton Police Department, the U.S. Marshals Service Violent Fugitive Task Force and the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General.

Feliciano remains at Lackawanna County Prison, awaiting a preliminary hearing.
