BETHLEHEM, Pa. – Crews responded to a water main break in Bethlehem Monday morning.
The break was reported between Butztown Road and Lansdale Avenue.
Edward Boscola, director of the city’s Department of Water and Sewer Resources, said water service was shut off for 20 customers in the area.

Boscola said repairs to water main breaks typically take about four hours.
Numerous water breaks have been reported in the region recently, amid bitterly cold temperatures.

Breaks have been seen in Allentown, Lower Saucon Township, and Pottsville.
