It’ll feel practically spring-like in Philadelphia Tuesday as temperatures “climb” into the upper 30s after more than a week of freezing air. Overnight a clipper system moves through the region, but shouldn’t leave behind too much snow. The next best chance for snow showers comes Friday, followed by another Arctic blast.
