CLEVELAND — Fire crews were on scene at a blaze in Cleveland’s Tremont neighborhood on Wednesday morning.Â
The fire broke out at a home near the intersection of Scranton Road and Agnes Court at around 6:58 a.m.Â
Cleveland Fire told 3News that when they arrived, there was a fully involved occupied house and fire damage to neighboring houses.Â
Officials say a man self-evacuated with burn injuries and was taken to MetroHealth in critical condition.Â
“Challenging fire due to cold and extensive damage necessitating exterior attack. Extra companies called in for manpower and to ensure adequate water supply. Â Fire took over an hour to control,” said Lt. Mike Norman with the Cleveland Division of Fire.
Officials say there is an estimated $100,000 loss.Â
