BETHLEHEM, N.Y. (WRGB) — An arrest has been made in connection to a deadly car crash in Bethlehem last November.

The crash left Claudia Hargis-Grover of Glens Falls dead and injured several others.

Investigators say William McAllister III of Ringgold, Virginia, is now facing a criminally negligent homicide charge. He was only given traffic violation tickets at the time of the crash.

CBS6 is told the victim of the crash — Hargis-Grover — worked at Glens Falls Hospital as a nurse for 30 years. She taught future nurses at BOCES and — according to her daughters — had a big impact on her community.
