The Times-Tribune Athlete of the Week Scranton Prep basketball player Chloe Mamera joins hosts Joe Baress and Joby Fawcett to discuss her team’s performance this season, how the Classics have come together defensively, what it’s been like transitioning from freshman to sophomore season after losing last year’s starting five to graduation, the team’s quest for a Lackawanna League Division I title, the influence of her family on her athletic career, playing AAU and more.
We also discuss all things high school basketball as we look back on some great games last week, look ahead to the final week of the regular season this week and see where teams stand as we look ahead to the postseason, which starts next week. We also touch on high school wrestling and swimming.
