Scranton Prep swimmers turned in a dominant performance on their way to an undefeated season in the Lackawanna League.

Rebecca Oakes and Ella Schofield each had two individual events, and the Classics swept all three relays in a 106-70 win over Delaware Valley on Thursday to clinch the championship.

Oakes, last season’s Times-Tribune Female Swimmer of the Year, won the 50-yard freestyle in 25.64 seconds and the 100 free (59.53). Schofield, an All-Region athlete, won the 200 free (2:12.44) and the 500 free (6:03.18) for the Classics.

Scranton Prep captured first in every race and also placed second in six of the 12 events. Anna Millett won the 200 individual medley, Sophia Galko won the 100 butterfly, Myla Kopa won the 100 back, and Eva Kaszuba, a PIAA medal winner last season, won the 100 breaststroke.

Each of those swimmers had a second-place finish to a teammate to help the Classics pile up points. Kopa was second in the 200 IM, Galko was second in the 50 free, and Kaszuba was second in the 100 free. Katherine Kolosovskiy finished second in the 100 breaststroke.
