Florists and flower shops across the region, including Central Park Flowers in Clarks Green, operate in high gear ahead of Valentine’s Day on Saturday. The National Retail Federation reports Americans will spend $29.1 billion on the love holiday this year, with 41% of those celebrating planning to buy flowers.
