SCRANTON — NASA mission specialist and Dunmore native Paul Richards will visit the Everhart Museum on March 8 for a meet-and-greet session as well as a VIP event and presentation.
The day begins with a public meet-and-greet, included with general museum admission, with Richards from 1 to 3 p.m. No registration is necessary.
This is followed by a catered VIP event and presentation from 6 to 8 p.m., for which registration is required. During the VIP portion, Richards will discuss the mission and his contributions to the International Space Station, as well as aspects of the Everhart’s current exhibition “Hubble Space Telescope: New Views of the Universe.” The VIP portion includes light fare and a bar with beer and wine; the first two drinks are complimentary. Tickets are $50 for members and $60 for nonmembers.
