Leam Richardson has made two changes to the starting XI from Port Vale as the Royals face play-off prospective Bradford – Jack Marriott has been replaced with Kelvin Ehibhatiomhan due to a suspected injury, with Randell Williams starting his first game since December to replace another suspected injury in Kadan Young.
Sean Patton, who was enjoying a very successful with Aldershot Town having scored five goals in six games and registering an assist, has been recalled from the National League side and has been named on Reading’s bench for today’s fixture.

Daniel Kyerewaa, Will Keane, Andy Rinomhota, Haydon Roberts and Kadan Young are notable absences in the squad – with Roberts having to get scanned due to a hamstring issue picked up against Bolton and is due to be out for ‘four to six weeks’.
Daniel Kyerewaa came off hobbling in the second half of the 2-2 draw against Exeter. He picked up the injury when he looked to clear the ball after an Exeter corner, the winger ended up kicking a player’s studs with full strength.
Brighton and Hove Albion loanee Mark O’Mahony is also out of the squad with a long-term injury and Kelvin Abrefa has once again not been selected by Richardson.
