UNION TOWNSHIP, Pa. (WHTM) – Pennsylvania State Police are investigating a hit and run reportedly involving an Amazon tractor-trailer in Lebanon County.
State Police say on February 27, around 1:39 p.m., Troopers responded to a crash on I-81 at the I-78W split near milemarker 88.5 in Union Township.

State Police say a 24-year-old Kia driver was entering onto I-81S and was in the left lane when a blue Amazon semi-trailer merged into their lane and struck their vehicle.
The Kia became disabled in the center median, and the truck reportedly fled the scene.
State Police say the Kia driver was not injured in the crash. A description of the Amazon truck driver was not made available.
abc27 has reached out to Amazon for comment on the incident. The company operates several facilities in the region, including in Carlisle, Lewisberry, York, Elizabethtown, and Harrisburg.
