LOWER MERION TOWNSHIP, PA — Interstate 76 in Lower Merion and Philadelphia will have lane and ramp closures for a few weeks due to resurfacing and bridge repair work, PennDOT said.

Drivers are advised to allow extra time when traveling near or through the work areas because significant backups and delays may occur.
All scheduled activities are weather dependent.
This work is being done under a $41.3 million project to resurface and repair nearly five miles of the interstate, the associated on-and-off ramps, and more than 20 bridges in the City of Philadelphia and Lower Merion Township.
