A frosty start will lead to a cool and dry day with decent sunshine and highs in the mid 30s. Weather system will set off some light to very light precipitation toward daybreak in the Meadville area. The threat of this freezing mix will continue for most of NW PA, including Erie, for tomorrow morning. Some black ice possible, though it will be patchy as the intensity will be light and somewhat scattered. It will go to all rain by late morning. Temperatures will rise after that, with daily chances of some showers.
Weekend looking mild with some showers possible. Could hit the low 60s for a nice hit of early spring.
