Video shows rat near beer taps at Pittsburgh bar, ownership issues response

PITTSBURGH — Video taken inside a South Side restaurant shows a large rat near the beer taps at The Urban Tap.

The video was posted to social media and now the owner is apologizing. South Side residents are coming to the defense of the restaurant.
