SCRANTON, LACKAWANNA CO. (WOLF) — A debate between three nominees for Lackawanna County Commissioner takes place 6 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 23.
Democrat Thom Welby of Scranton, Republican Chet Merli of Blakely, and independent candidate Michael Cappellini of Jessup are scheduled to debate in the Pearn Auditorium at the University of Scranton.
