“Iron Hill has been a long-standing part of East Market, and we’re pleased to bring them back to the community,” said Reilley in a statement.

In mid-January, the U.S. Bankruptcy Court approved transferring the East Market lease to Iron Hill Hospitality (IHB Center City), allowing a business entity called Rightlane to assume Iron Hill’s trademarks and intellectual property. City officials expect the reopening to deliver a meaningful boost to revitalization efforts along this business corridor.
