The Berks Book Bonanza has opened up its spring collection period.
Starting this week, donations of gently-used books, DVDs, puzzles and games can be dropped off for the annual fundraising event.
Volunteers will be on hand to accept donations at the rear entrance of Berks County South Campus, 400 E. Wyomissing Ave., Mohnton, at these times:
• Mondays and Tuesday from 9 a.m. to noon.
• Wednesdays from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.
• And four Saturdays from 9 a.m. to noon: March 14, April 11, May 9 and June 13.
Donations will be accepted through June 13. A complete list of items that can be donated can be found at berksbookbonanza.org.
Funds raised from the annual Berks Book Bonanza go to the Friends of Berks County Public Libraries and Reading Branch of American Association of University Women, which support the public libraries of Berks County and provide scholarships to women.
