Upper Darby’s next council will have plenty of new faces as three members have announced they will not be running for reelection.
Republicans Meaghan Wagner and Brian Andruszko, along with Democrat Andrew Hayman have all announced they will not be running for reelection.

Three other seats are up this year.
On Tuesday, Council President Halfiz Tuniz Jr. said he had not yet announced his plans.
Council members Laura Wentz and Matt Silva have not yet replied for announcement on their plans.
Feb. 18 is the first day candidates can circulate and file nomination petitions.
The primary is May 20th.
