Marywood University students have chosen to raise funds for St. Joseph’s Center for their annual Dance Marathon. Over 20 students have signed up and created exciting online fundraising pages highlighting why it is important to them to support St. Joe’s. Pacers Dancing With the Stars, an event hosted by the Dance Marathon, will be held March 20 in the Munley Theatre of the Sette LaVerghetta Center for Performing Arts on Marywood’s campus. Doors will open at 6:30 p.m. with showtime at 7. Tickets are available at https://marywood.universitytickets.com/. The dance marathon will be held over three days April 17-19 and filled with multiple events. On April 18, from 6-10 p.m., the students will host a dance party in the Liguori Room of Regina Hall. Closing ceremonies will be held the morning of April 19 and will include activities, speakers, refreshments and the announcement of the total raised for St. Joe’s.
