Weather alerts continue through St. Patrick’s Day across the Erie region as strong winds and a return to winter impact the area. Wind Advisories, Winter Weather Advisories, and Winter Storm Warnings remain posted as earlier rain has transitioned to snow. Moderate snowfall accumulations are expected, with some inland areas possibly seeing up to around 10 inches. Much colder air follows the storm, with temperatures falling and highs only reaching the 20s on Tuesday. Conditions gradually improve later in the week, with temperatures beginning to rebound as we head toward the upcoming weekend.
