LOWER MERION, PA — Police are seeking additional victims in a contractor fraud investigation that led to two arrests last week.

Jake Fox and Scott Bradley were arrested March 12 in connection with high-dollar fraud schemes involving fake contracting businesses, according to Lower Merion Township Police.

The two men were operating under the business name “PJS Paving & Masonry Corp,” police said.

Investigators believe Fox and Bradley also used the names “Orchard Paving” and “Perfect Paving LLC,” all of which are associated with fraudulent business practices.

Police said Fox and Bradley were born Patrick and Johnny Joseph Quinn and are believed to have changed their names before entering the United States.

The arrests followed several investigations over the past 12 months into contractor fraud schemes in the Greater Philadelphia region.

Anyone who believes they may be a victim of contractor fraud by Bradley or Fox is asked to contact Lower Merion Police at [email protected].
