Allentown Councilwoman Ce-Ce Gerlach announces run for state representative | Allentown Area

An Allentown City Councilwoman is hoping to win a new gig.

Ce-Ce Gerlach announced Monday that she will be running for State Representative.

The Democrat will run for the seat that serves the 22nd District, which covers part of Lehigh County.

That seat is currently held by Josh Siegel, but he’s planning on running for Lehigh County Executive.

Gerlach previously ran for mayor of Allentown.

She says she’ll formally launch her campaign on September 25, 2025.
