A MAN DIED FOLLOWING A SHOOTING IN THE CITY OF PITTSBURGH NEIGHBORHOOD. THIS WAS THE SCENE ON FENWAY ALLEY AND MARSHALL-SHADELAND POLICE WERE CALLED HERE JUST BEFORE 3:00 THIS AFTERNOON FOR A SIX ROUND SHOT. SPOTTER CALL. A MAN HAD MULTIPLE GUNSHOT WOUNDS AND WAS PRONOUNCED DEAD AT THE SCENE. YES. Police: Man fatally shot multiple times in Pittsburgh’s Marshall-Shadeland

A man has died after officials said he was shot multiple times in Pittsburgh’s Marshall-Shadeland neighborhood Wednesday afternoon.Pittsburgh Public Safety spokesperson Cara Cruz told Action News 4 on the scene that officials were called to Fenway Alley following a six-round ShotSpotter alert around 3 p.m. Cruz said when authorities arrived, an adult man was found with multiple gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead on the scene. “At this time, we have the violent crime unit detectives,” Cruz said. “The mobile crime unit is processing evidence at the scene. And, they’ve recovered some shell casings.”Pittsburgh’s only news chopper, Sky 4, was over the scene where multiple police officers and EMS officials could be seen blocking off the road.
