Police in Delaware County are investigating after a fight led to a shooting on Wednesday evening that left one man dead and another person hurt, according to the Chester Police Department.
On Wednesday, Oct. 22, officers were called to the 500 block of Dorian Drive in Chester, Pennsylvania, just before 6:30 p.m. for a reported domestic-related shooting, officials said.

When the officers got to the scene, they heard a gunshot and then found one person suffering from a gunshot wound to the hand and another person lying on the ground who was not hurt, police said. Both people were removed from the scene.
The person who was not hurt was identified as Kyle Rhyanes, 36, officials said.
While officers continued to search the area, they found another person who was unresponsive and had a gunshot wound to his neck, police explained. This person was identified as 35-year-old Corey Rhyanes.
Corey Rhyanes was pronounced dead by medics around 6:44 p.m., according to officials.
Investigators learned that four people – Tonia Rhyanes, Kyle Rhyanes, Corey Rhyanes and Ka’Brea Johnson – had all arrived together on Dorian Drive before a fight broke out leading to the two people being shot.
During the investigation, Kyle Rhyanes was taken into custody to be questioned, officials reported.
Kyle Rhyanes was then charged with homicide, murder, aggravated assault and other related charges. He is being held at George W. Hill Correctional Facility without bail.
