Parkland High School Career Fair. The event runs 7:40 a.m. to approximately 2 p.m. in the main gym.
March 28
United Church of Christ Greenawalds, 2325 Albright Ave., Allentown, will host its community Easter egg hunt for infants through fifth gradeActivities will begin 12:30 p.m. The egg hunt begins 1 p.m. The rain date is 3 p.m. March 29. The Easter Bunny will arrive on a fire truck. There will be a clown with balloons and face painting. Hot dogs, popcorn, sno-cones and drinks will be served.
Morgenland Union Church, 3120 Weidasville Road, Orefield, will host an all-you-can-eat pork and sauerkraut dinner 4-6 p.m. There is a charge; children under 6 enjoy dinner for free.
March 29
St. John’s UCC Fogelsville, 1027 Church St., Fogelsville, will have an Easter egg hunt for children ages 0-12 noon with food and crafts starting 11:30 a.m.
April 4
Jordan Lutheran Church, 5103 Snowdrift Road, Orefield, will hold its Easter egg hunt for kids 6 months to 12 years of age 9:30-11 a.m. There will be games, prizes, arts and crafts, juice and doughnuts and pictures with the Easter Bunny.
April 10
In conjunction with the Lehigh Valley Home & Garden Center, The Sanctuary at Haafsville will have a spring flower sale. Support The Sanctuary by purchasing a coupon for spring flowers to redeem that coupon at Lehigh Valley Home & Garden Center, 4220 Crackersport Road, Allentown. Orders and payment are due by April 10. The Sanctuary at Haafsville will hold a cash bingo and basket raffle 1-5 p.m. at East Greenville Fire Company, 401 Washington St., East Greenville. Doors open 11:30 a.m. The cost of a ticket includes 20 regular games, advance sales only. No physical tickets will be mailed. For reservations, email your name, phone number and number of tickets wanted to events@thesanctuarypa.org. If you want to sit with others, only make one reservation for all members of your party. All proceeds to benefit the rescue dogs and cats at The Sanctuary, 901 Nestle Way, Breinigsville.
May 9
Morgenland Church, 3120 Weidasville Road, Orefield, (Leather Corner Post) will hold its “Wheels at the Grove” car show 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. All vehicles are welcome. Last year there were cars, trucks and tractors. This year they will also have a motorcycle. All vehicles will be parked in their paved parking lot as space permits. There is a small registration donation fee.
The event is free to visitors and there will be free parking. A printable registration form is available at “Morgenlandchurch.org.”
Visit their website to register for the car show or register the day of the event. They will have a trophy, the pastor prize, basket raffle, baked goods, rumble seat rides and 50/50. Breakfast and lunch will be served and this year, free coffee. For questions, call or text Wayne at 484-929-9950.

K4K and FM Events, an event planner which organizes local craft fairs for artisans and small businesses to better connect with the community, will host a Spring into Summer Craft Fair 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Shankweiler’s Drive In, 4540 Shankweiler Road, Orefield.
