Editor’s Note: This is a weekly series featuring pets up for adoption from the Women’s Animal Center in Bensalem Township.

BENSALEM TOWNSHIP, PA — Meet Paris.

Paris is a beautiful 2 ½ year old cattle dog mix. This sweet girl enjoys being outside to discover new smells and loves walks with a human companion by her side.

Paris came into the Center in October, and our staff have been working closely with her providing both mental and physical enrichment. Paris loves learning and is especially motivated by string cheese.

She thrives when her brain stays busy and engaged with fun challenges to activate all her senses. Paris adores the staff and joyfully dances with a playful wiggle as she greets them.

Paris will bond deeply with her human companion once she feels comfortable. That said, she needs to be the only pet in her new home and will do best in a very patient, quiet, calm, and loving environment where she can feel secure. She is open to meeting children over the age of 12.

Paris is available for adoption at Women’s Animal Center, 3839 Richlieu Road, Bensalem, Pa. (PA Kennel License # 1516) 215.750.5252. Visit the Center’s website to view the shelter pets available for adoption or to make a donation: www.womensanimalcenter.org.
