George R. Keck
OBITUARY
George Raymond Keck, born November 20th, 1935, passed away at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Cedar Crest on March 17th 2026. He was the husband of the late Janet (Furst) Keck and son of the late Harold Raymond Keck and Hermine (Ernst) Keck.
George’s father was the manager of various theaters in Atlantic City, eventually becoming the manager of the Lyric Theater, Allentown. George spent much time backstage, where he honed his joke telling skills and learned his one-liners. He and his wife lived in Las Vegas for over 40 years. He was a slot mechanic at a number of Strip casinos and retired from the Aladdin Hotel and Casino.
He is survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins. Arrangements by Nicos C. Elias Funeral Home, Allentown.
