• Reformation Lutheran Church, 3670 Perkiomen Ave., Exeter Township, will present a jazz worship service, in conjunction with the Boscov’s Berks Jazz Fest, on Sunday at 9:30 a.m. The Reformation vocal and handbell choirs will be joined by the eight-member Generations Jazz Ensemble made up of Al Rochlin, trumpet; Reuben Rochlin, trumpet; Karen Rochlin, piano/guitar; Rocky Rochlin, saxophone/clarinet; Abi Rochlin, vocals; Pete Souders, tenor saxophone; Robert Benton Jr., percussion; Coby Gumalak, saxophone; and Dr. Heidi Rochlin, piano. Heidi Rochlin serves as the director of music at Reformation.
• Dave Kline leads worship on Sunday at 11 a.m. at Holy Cross United Methodist Church, 329 N. Fifth St., Reading, as part of the Boscov’s Berks Jazz Fest. There is free parking access from Church Street.
• Nativity Lutheran Church, 1501 N. 13th St., Reading, will be holding a grab-n-go spaghetti dinner on March 26 from 3-6 p.m. To pre-order, call 610-374-3230 and leave your name, phone number and order. The deadline for pre-orders is Sunday. Walk-ins are welcome. A variety of baked goods will be available to purchase.
• Jennifer Albin-Wagner will sing “The Holy City,” accompanied by John Coakley, during the 10:30 a.m. worship service on Sunday at Schwarzwald United Church of Christ, 75 Church Lane Road, Exeter Township. She is a graduate of Oley Valley High School and has a master’s degree in vocal performance.
• Christ Lutheran Church, 222 Niantic Road, Douglass Township, Montgomery County, will hold Coffee and Conversation on Sunday at 8:30 and 10 a.m. The last Brown Bag mini Lent service will be held on Wednesday at noon. A Lent service will be held on Wednesday at 7 p.m. in the parlor.
• St. John’s Gernant’s Church (A Federated Congregation), 13 Gernant’s Church Road, Ontelaunee Township, will worship Sunday at 9:30 a.m. in the Memorial Hall. The theme for the day will be “Healing Sunday.” Have a special prayer given for yourself, family member, friend, or someone you know. Sunday is also “Jingle Sunday,” with the collecting of coins and paper money to be donated to Opportunity House. Fellowship will be held after the service. Bible study will be held on Tuesday at 1 p.m.
• Huff’s Union Church, 540 Conrad Road, Hereford Township, will hold an Easter Story Egg Hunt next Saturday at 11 a.m. Gather at Huff’s Church Park and be guided through story of Jesus’ week before Easter. Children will make a craft to take along, then hunt eggs. If too wet or stormy, everything is moved into the church.
• Threefold Blessing, a vocal group, will provide the music for Palm Sunday worship on March 29 at 9:30 a.m. at Calvary United Church of Christ, 1231 Route 100, Washington Township.
• The Rev. Kenneth Gould will be the guest pastor during the 9:30 a.m. worship service on Sunday at Salem Lutheran Church, 8410 Lancaster Ave., Bethel Township. A social hour will follow worship.
• The United Church of Christ of Robesonia, 301 W. Penn Ave., will worship on Sunday at 10:15 a.m. The focus will be on the 21st Century Christian Women’s Group. There will be a dialogue called “Joseph, the Foster Father” presented by Jon and Robin Henning.
