The Pittsburgh Steelers have been busy this offseason, and yet, there is still a major question mark at the quarterback position. With Aaron Rodgers contemplating his NFL future for the second straight year, the Steelers are left waiting for him to make a decision on whether or not he will play for them in 2026.

At this point, it’s safe to say Rodgers is either retiring or returning to Pittsburgh in free agency, but he has remained as cryptic as ever when it comes to his future. As fans continue to wait to see what his decision ends up being, a new clip of him at a charity event alongside fellow Steelers quarterback Will Howard quickly made the rounds on social media.

Even in his age-42 season, Rodgers continued to play at a high level under center. He isn’t the MVP-caliber player he once was, but he still threw for 3,322 yards and 24 touchdowns over 16 games, which isn’t too shabby, considering how limited the Steelers’ options in the passing game were last year.

Pittsburgh has already made some upgrades to its offense in an effort to lure Rodgers back for one more season. Reports continue to indicate that he’s expected to return for the 2026 campaign, but until an official announcement is made, all eyes will remain on the legendary quarterback.
